Streaming
(or how to attend live focus groups from your office or your
laptop)
In response to requests from our international clients, Sorgem
has set up an internet based sound and image broadcasting
system. Streaming enables clients to “attend”
the groups carried out at Sorgem, both live, or from a recording,
whether they are in Chicago, New York, Shanghai or Frankfurt.
The system is simple: a web address is given to clients, where
they will need to type in a password. They can then access
live audio and video data streams, or recorded files, up to
72 hours after the groups have taken place.
Another step towards facilitated interaction, and the internationalisation
of research.
